For real trees it's suitable for the majority of popular tree stands which hold trees from 6ft - 10ft.  For shorter 4ft and 5ft artificial trees this tree collar is too big and we suggest going for the smaller 55.8cm (22 in) base version of this tree skirt.
• Size - Width (base) 71.8cm (28.3 in), Width (top) 61.5cm (24.2in)  ,Height 25.4cm (10 in).  You should measure the maximum width of your tree stand to ensure it will fit within the tree collar base diameter of 71.8cm and also ensure you have 25.4cm  of clearance from the floor to the first branches of the tree to ensure trouble free installation.
